FIXATE: 21 Day Fix Cookbook {101 Recipes}

The 21 Day Fix fitness program by Autumn Calabrese has had amazing success since its release in February 2014. Its more challenging sequel was released earlier this year which is my current favorite Beachbody program (but still 2nd behind the retired Les Mills Pump!). I personally know several friends and family members who are currently doing the program or who have done it in the past. The workouts and simple meal plan are the perfect combo for beginners because the workouts are 30 minutes and the meal plan is easy-peasy. The only thing missing from the 21 Day Fix programs? A cookbook!

While the 21 Day Fix meal plan is super simple, it’s nice to be able to get a bit more creative. Prior to the cookbook release I used to scour Pinterest trying to scope out new-to-me fix-approved recipes (and they were pretty easy to find) but now you can get a hundred of them all in one place!

The FIXATE cookbook contains 101 healthy recipes that cater to vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free folks and those who prefer the paleo way of life.

Just sayin’…

I’m really excited about the FIXATE cookbook and I think it can be useful for anyone and everyone – whether they’re following 21 Day Fix or not. It’s all about healthy eating, realizing proper portion sizes for various food groups and making it fun and flavorful. I’ve definitely learned over time that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or difficult. Tools like these make it simple to help us all improve our health and reach our goals.
