I took advantage of a recent sale on Happy Planners and I’m so glad I caught it! Happy Planners are very affordable to begin with but when you can save 60% off $29.99… I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that! Now I’ve got a fitness tracker for the next 12 months that I paid $12.00 for. That’s something I can smile about.
I still use my Erin Condren Life Planner for work and appointments but I prefer the Happy Fit Planner for tracking meals and workouts. You can find it on Amazon but you can get it cheaper by using a coupon in your local Michael’s or Hobby Lobby.
Workout and Meal Tracking
As of the date of this writing I have about 25 pounds that I’m hoping to lose and that is weight that was gained after being on certain medications for the past few months. I feel like I just keep getting bigger and bigger even though I’ve been eating the same. It’s driving me crazy. Instead of going crazy, I’m trying to make a plan to fight this fat.
At the beginning of the week I plan to write down my meal plan and workout plan for the entire week. So far it has helped me off to a great start to the week and I don’t have to worry about what I’m gonna be eating or what my workout is going to be.
I’m currently using (and loving) Beachbody On Demand via Amazon FireTV Stick and I’m in love. They were meant for each other. No more having to fart around with DVDs and they have a nice selection in the member library. And I can’t say enough about the FireTV Stick. It’s awesome!
For the month of December I decided to revisit 21 Day Fix Extreme. All I needed to do was find the 21 Day Fix Extreme schedule and plug it into my daily exercise spaces. I also taped in a full weekly schedule on my monthly review page.

This is probably my favorite part of the entire planner.
There’s room to write about how you did during that month, what you could work on and what went well. There’s even room for a selfie. I hate taking progress pictures but I know how important they are. *grumble grumble*
Well I’ll shush for now. I’m ready to rock the rest of December!
