Hey guys,
I hope you had a great weekend and I hope Father’s Day went okay for you too. It was a rough day for us but I kind of expected that. I was really missing my stepdad on top of the frustration of not being able to make unavailable parents, well, available.
Anyway…
I have some good news!
I wanted to let you know that my book, Crawling Out of Darkness is available for FREE to download for a very limited time!
In celebration of its second edition, I’m releasing it as a free download and I would hugely appreciate your support in downloading it and adding it to your reading collection. If you do read it, I would love to hear your thoughts. Crawling Out of Darkness has received great feedback so far but I will always love hearing what others think of it. A book can never receive too much feedback!
Also, if you find the book helpful, I encourage you to pass it along to someone else who may find it helpful too. You can’t beat free right? Spread the love and help one another. The world could definitely use more of that!
Who Crawling Out of Darkness is for:

So, this book is pretty much for anybody. :)
Here’s the description from Amazon:
Discover How to Battle Depression Naturally.
Features 12 Actionable Steps You Can Start Following Immediately.
No Kindle Required! Read on your PC, Mac, smart phone, tablet or Kindle device.
Crawling out of Darkness begins with a little background and personal testimony about a sexual abuse survivor. Soon after, at age 15, she was diagnosed with clinical depression (also known as major depression or major depressive disorder) and PTSD by her therapist and prescribed a variety of antidepressant medications over the next several years. Though antidepressants were needed in the beginning to provide some quick relief and prevent personal physical harm to herself, she began to spend time seeking a natural, long-term solution that did not require relying on a pill to live life without feeling suicidal or numb.
Ultimately she ended up battling her depression naturally in simple yet unexpected ways and continues to use these strategies today. She doesn’t claim to have the cure for depression or have all the answers for every case, but she does have experience and has learned several different ways to battle depression without medication and she hopes this book will help others who may be in a similar situation or know somebody who is.
Here is a peek at what you’ll learn inside:
*How to forgive yourself and others
*How to let go and live and love life (instead of just surviving)
*How to be legitimately happy
*How to start living a healthy lifestyle+ MORE strategies that are real, actionable steps that can be implemented immediately.
This book was a labor of love that I thoroughly enjoyed writing and I hope you will enjoy reading it even more.
I hope you have a great week!
