21 Day Fix Printable Stickers to Track Workouts

Are you a fan of the 21 Day Fix workout? Are you a sticker dork and/or planner nerd like me? Do you like to track your workouts? If so, keep reading. :)

I have a new, weird hobby. I’ve been dabbling with sticker making. Actually I started dabbling a little over a year ago but I’ve been getting more into it lately. I find it to be therapeutic and addicting. I have good days and bad. There are days when everything works really well and then there are days when I’d like to throw my computer right out the window. (Especially since I’m dealing with Windows 10 issues at the same time! GRRRR.)

Anyway, I made some really cute planner stickers to track the 21 Day Fix workouts and I wanted to share them with you. These probably took me a lot longer to make than they should have but I’m still learning the ropes! I’m a perfectionist when it comes to anything creative. If you can relate, you know that’s a blessing and a curse. Hooray for breaking even!

Printable includes:

  • A sticker for each workout in the program (basic calendar)
  • Two stickers of quotes by Autumn Calabrese
  • Two dumbbell stickers
  • Print and use as many times as you want!

I added the little stars so you could check them off or color them in after your workout for the day is complete!

Just so you can get an idea of the size, this is how they fit in the Erin Condren Life Planner (vertical):

They are a perfect fit!

I realize printing out the purple will use quite a bit of ink but it’s just so pretty! I think I might create another version that is a little more ink-friendly. I will update this post when I do!

Also, since I’m a Beachbody workout junkie, I’m sure I’ll end up making more stickers for some of the other programs too. If there’s a specific program you’d like to see here just comment below or contact me here and I can add it to the list. There’s just something fun and motivating to me to track workouts with cute stickers! So much cuter than the workout calendars that come with the workouts.

To make stickers from this printable:

*I created these stickers using Silhouette software. If you’d like to cut these using a cutting machine, like the Silhouette, you’ll need to format the file to do so. Silhouette Design allows you to import PDFs directly but the free Silhouette software version does not. Feel free to check out YouTube to find tutorials on what you’d like to do – there are TONS of helpful folks over there!
