Fabulous Fitness Survey

Like surveys? Here’s a fun one for you to try! It’s the Fabulous Fitness Survey that I’ve stumbled upon a few times and thought I’d give it a go. Things have been heavy on the blog as of late so I wanted to do something a little lighter that I had actually planned to post back in May.

Here we go!

1. What did you eat for breakfast?
An Udi’s Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffin, several guzzles of water and a vitamin D tablet

2. How much water do you drink a day?
A LOT!

3. What is your current favorite workout?
I’m actually not currently following a specific workout. Gasp! It’s currently working best for me if I just start working out and make things up as I go. I choose a specific muscle group to work and then just figure out exercises to do as I go. I love Les Mills On Demand too but I’m impatiently waiting for their app to be available on Xbox One.

4. How many calories do you eat a day?
No freakin’ idea. The more I focus on numbers of any kind (calories consumed, calories burned, weight, inches, etc.) the less happy I seem to be with my progress because I’m always comparing numbers. I strive for eating mostly whole foods around 80% of the time. I’ve been struggling as of late but that’s always been what I typically follow.

5. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
Oranges and almonds; beef sticks, beef jerky, Honeycrisp apples

6. What do you usually eat for lunch?
Dinner leftovers

7. What is your favorite body part to strength train?
My chest and back. I have a love/hate relationship with leg day.

8. What is your least favorite body part to strength train?
Abs/Core. Hands down.

9. What are your “bad” food cravings?
Bread and chocolate

10. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
Vitamin D, fiber and a multivitamin (when I remember). I haven’t had much of an appetite lately so I’ve been drinking EAS ready-to-drink protein shakes. They’re actually pretty good but I do prefer Optimum Nutrition’s Mocha Cappuccino mixed with milk. (Our fridge is currently out of commission and we’re waiting on parts so can’t really store milk right now, so, RTD shakes it is)

11. How often do you eat out?
About once a week

12. Do you eat fast food?
Not usually. Unless it’s tacos or pizza.

13. Who is your biggest supporter?
My family

14. Do you have a gym membership?
Never. My basement is my gym! There’s plenty down there.

15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
Lately about 9

16. Do you have a “cheat” day?
Not really

17. Do you drink alcohol?
I do. I like almost anything mixed with vodka and I also love Mike’s Hard Black Cherry

18. Do you have a workout buddy?
My husband always and sometimes the kids

19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a healthy lifestyle?
My well-being. I’ve been struggling quite a bit this year but I’m fighting to get back into workouts because I know they make such an amazing impact.

20. What was the last healthy thing you did?
Besides my meals the past 24 hours? I tackled leg day yesterday and I’m feeling it today. ;)
