As a Sweat Pink Ambassador I get to be a part of an active community and one of my favorite aspects are the challenges that they come up with! Their latest summer challenge is a goal to hit #1MillionMinutes of physical activity within the community (by August 21, 2015) and you’re welcome to join in the fun!

Here’s a fun little Mad Lib goin’ around:
I am so excited to join #1MillionMinutes with #sweatpink! This summer my goal is to do at least 150 (number) minutes of physical activity per week. I’ll be focusing on lifting, HIIT and playing soccer with family.
I predict that we’ll SMASH (Verb) the goal of #1MillionMinutes – we’ll actually hit 2 million minutes (number) this summer! I predict that running (activity) will be the top-logged movement, by far.
I’ll get extra minutes in by playing soccer with the family on the weekends (activity)!
My favorite way to get extra minutes in is by lifting with Roger. We’re currently doing the StrongLifts 5×5 program and liking it a lot. He is my BEST activity partner because, well, he’s really fun to look at and always makes me laugh (adjective). Our favorite way to relax post-workout is to cook dinner, eat dinner and then hang out on the couch.
Since the kids are on their summer break, they’ve been pretty fun workout partners too ;)
